Window Cleaning in Sidney, Randolph & Riverton Iowa
"Streak-Free Results Since 1994 – Trusted Local Service in Fremont County & Southwest Iowa"
Mike’s Window Service has been proudly serving Sidney, Randolph, Riverton and Southwest Iowa for over 30 years. We’re local through and through — from cleaning windows before the big Sidney Rodeo every summer, to keeping homes clear through the dust and wind that comes with rodeo season and harvest time.
As a true local company, we understand the real challenges Sidney windows face — heavy agricultural dust from the surrounding farmland, Missouri River moisture, strong winds, and seasonal pollen that can quickly dull even newly cleaned windows.
We’ve been here through good times and tough times, consistently showing up for our Sidney customers when other companies couldn’t or wouldn’t make the trip.

What our Fremont County clients are saying about us
Satisfied Clients
Mike’s Window Cleaning Service is great. They did a thorough job and our windows are so clean. It’s great to be able to see out of clean, clear windows instead of looking through film and spots. Easy to work with and a fair price. Highly recommend Mike’s for all of your window cleaning needs.
Linda Cladwell - Sidney, Iowa
Mike did a fantastic job with my windows — both the inside and the outside. He moved through the house quickly but was careful and thorough; nothing got skipped and he didn’t leave a mess behind. I love looking through my nice clean windows now. The difference is obvious the second you walk in. For a big house the price was very reasonable.
Juli Whitehead - Sidney, Iowa
Mike’s cleaned the windows on our old farmhouse in Sidney — inside and outside. These aren’t new vinyl windows, so it takes a little more work, and they still got them clear. I love being able to see out of them again instead of looking through years of film. They were careful, didn’t leave a mess, and the price was fair for a bigger, older house. Highly recommend Mike’s if you’ve got a farmhouse or a place with a lot of glass.

Partners and Resources In Sidney Iowa
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
At Mike's Window Service, we're proud to support and serve the rodeo community of Sidney and surrounding areas. Here are some of our valued local resources and partners that help make our region a great place to live, work, and visit.
When farm dust, harvest weather, and a busy Main Street all hit at once, Sidney families and businesses need coverage that isn’t written from a call center three states away. First Express Insurance has been that local shop for decades — an independent all-lines agency right on Illinois Street, with a branch in Nebraska City as well.
Sidney still has a bank you can walk into. Arbor Bank’s branch is at 716 Illinois Street — a few doors from First Express Insurance — with a lobby during the week and a drive-thru that runs later. This isn’t a new bank that showed up last year. The Sidney office traces back to 1891 as Fremont County Savings Bank. Arbor itself started in Nebraska City in 1865 and still works the same stretch of southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa: personal and business accounts, mortgages and ag lending.
Sidney was laid out in 1851 and named for Sidney, Ohio. It’s the county seat — courthouse on the square, City Hall at 604 Clay Street, and a town of about a thousand people that still runs on farm calendars and rodeo week.City Hall handles the everyday stuff: utilities, billing, permits, street work, and public notices. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. Council meets the second and fourth Mondays.
Located in Tabor, the Lakin Library & Envisioning Center serves as a valuable community resource for residents of all ages. Offering books, programs, technology access, and educational opportunities, the library helps foster learning and connection throughout the area. We are glad to recognize this important local institution.
